INTRODUCTION

Designed to cut thin material to precise tolerances with minimal burr, TG systems negate the need for additional finishing processes while achieving high throughput performance. System hardware and software have been engineered to create robust systems with the ability to deliver quality repeatedly. The TG series incorporates Tannlin’s most advanced system technology with TMap fixturing and TCT Software to offer the most comprehensive Tannlin production system yet.

OVERVIEW

TG systems are equally as capable at being high accuracy prototyping solutions as well as volume production cells running lights-out for an extended time. Modular architecture allows the system specification to be tailored to your exact requirement with the ability to add varying levels of automation at any point. Equipped with remote system monitoring, alerts and diagnostics alongside worldwide service and training programs ensure maximum system uptime and highly efficient production.

APPLICATIONS

Cutting range 0.025 – 4.000 mm
Wide range of materials
Pre-loaded tools for materials and thicknesses‍

ADVANCED MATERIAL FIXTURING

Our patented TMap system introduces an innovative dedicated fixturing solution that eliminates significant tooling costs and lead times.

EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE

TMap provides superior part support to achieve and maintain tight tolerances across the cutting fixture in volume production. Throughput, accuracy and yield are all improved by supporting parts with a series of bespoke blades manufactured on the TG system.

INTELLIGENT DESIGN

In comparison with a universal saw tooth fixture, TMap only removes support from localised regions where the laser beam passes. Blade positions can be easily adjusted through the TCT software to produce optimal support, preventing any movement of parts. Contained within the part cut files in TCT programming software, fixture geometries can be configured to automatically update, eliminating the risk for data mismatches.‍

KEY FEATURES

  • Greater process and material yield

  • Higher levels of cut quality

  • Tighter parts tolerance

  • Repeatability for automation - reduced set up time

  • Reduced set up cost

EFFICIENT MACHINE PROGRAMMING‍

Tannlin TCT software presents an intuitive programming software streamlined to run exclusively with TG systems. Quickly generate and modify cut files from DXF/DWG with a range of automated functions. Users can auto generate features from pre-configurable settings or selectively specify path control, direction and parameters to optimise performance of their TG system. Tannlin’s proprietary software has been designed and evolved to efficiently program precision parts from prototyping to volume manufacturing.‍
