FROM PROOF OF CONCEPT TO VOLUME MANUFACTURE

Tannlin have specialised in high accuracy thin metal laser cutting for over 20 years with four manufacturing sites across Europe. Tannlin utilise the latest laser system technology and automation in order to supply flexible laser cutting that can cater from initial R&D all the way through to volume manufacturing.

We will establish the best build solutions based on our extensive in-house and network of capabilities.

DESIGN

Detailed project plan with agreed options and outputs. At this stage we may propose alternative approaches.

PROTOTYPE

First-off run for approval with detailed first article inspection, recommendations for changes / improvements.

PRODUCTION

Established with soft or hard tooling and fixturing in place. Full volume production process as required.
