Tannlin UK Organisation Announcement 1st February 2008-01-29

As we continue to create innovative manufacturing solutions in support of our customers we have acknowledged the need to
review and strengthen the organisation and core operating processes that we have in place today. Over the coming months you
will see a number of improvements and refinements targeted at ensuring we maintain and improve our industry leading
position. As the first step in this process we are delighted to welcome Pete Rivett to the Tannlin management team as
Operations Director. Pete is a senior manager in the electronics manufacturing industry and has a wealth of experience,
covering a 25 year career, in a broad range of disciplines. He most recently headed up the European Engineering function for
Solectron / Flextronics where he has was responsible for the European Design, Advanced Process Development and
Manufacturing Engineering teams. In this role Pete established Design and Engineering capability as an integral part of the
sales, operations and business development activities. Deeper engineering support was developed as a core part of the
Solectron EMS offering driving significant impact on current and new business activities. Previously to this he has held
executive positions in Engineering, Operations and Account Management including being the General Manager for Solectron
Inverclyde and Solectron Dublin.

Pete has a reputation for establishing and promoting focused results driven organisations and has a hands on, clear, level
headed approach to business challenges. I’m sure you will all welcome Pete to his new role and will look forward to talking and
working with him in the weeks and months to come.
