TX Options
The Tannlin TX Products are high performance laser systems for manufacturing SMT stencils for the electronics industry and 2D parts for the aerospace and medical market segments. They come fully equipped with the Tannlin state of the art advanced vision system.
Autofocus
The TX comes with the option to autofocus the laser on to the work surface. You can now rely on perfect laser focus on any material automatically.
Rework
Provides the ability to rework stencils to within 0.005mm including the ability to change for example a 0.25mm aperture into a 0.3mm aperture without any degradation to the stencil. Here at Tannlin we have allways been against the reworking of stencils simply because the reworked apertures would always be of an inferior quality to the rest of the stencil - until now. The TX provides the capability to perform completely invisible stencil modifications - even to ultra fine pitch components. What's more, the TX is so accurate that it can modify a stencil made on another TX, even if the machines are continents apart, to within microns. So if you need a stencil modified - ask if its a TX stencil first.
Integrated Stencil Checking System
Imagine a stencil machine that cuts a stencil and then scans the finished product for defects. Imagine a machine that will detect any missing apertures AND then repair the defect automatically.
Imagine a machine that can guarantee every stencil is perfect.
Now you don't need to expend labour computing power and capital equipment on a separate stencil scanning operation - because we just eliminated it with the Integrated Checking option.
CMM
If you are ever asked to make a measurement on a customers circuit board, if you are ever asked to make a stencil without data by scanning a circuit board, you can with the CMM option.
